The game presents Rebirth as a path toward stronger throws, but the first throw after the reset can be shorter while you rebuild. Give the new cycle a fair chance before judging the result.
The panel also compares Skill multipliers and shows a level requirement. Use the numbers in your own session. They can change with your progress or a game update. The reset warning names Level and Skill; it does not explain what happens to every other balance or item. If keeping Wins or a particular pet matters to you, note what you have before confirming and check it again afterward.
Decide whether the timing is useful
Rebirth makes sense when the displayed growth will help your next training cycle. It can wait if you are nearly done with a goal that needs your current Level or Skill. Before deciding, record your level, usual throw distance, farthest zone, and the multiplier shown in the panel. Ask yourself whether you are ready to earn back the progress the reset removes.

Comparing your first post-Rebirth throw with your best throw before the reset will give you a misleading result. An account can return to Level 1 at the start of the new cycle. Build Level and Skill again, then compare throws made at a similar stage. Check your other balances and collection directly instead of relying on a rule inferred from someone else’s account.
Rebuild after the reset
Go back to the basic loop. Throw stones for bounces, gain Skill, follow the training prompt, level up, and push toward farther zones for Wins. Each bounce starts with +1 Skill, and training and levels support longer throws. The new multiplier should help as you repeat that loop. Watch the HUD over several throws to see what your current bonus grants.
If you had pets or better stones equipped, inspect those slots as soon as you return. The warning names Level and Skill, but it does not promise that every menu will keep its exact state. Checking equipment takes a moment and prevents you from blaming Rebirth for a weak throw caused by an empty slot. Once you have trained again, compare your usual distance with your old distance at roughly the same level.
Some Skill pads in the training area carry rebirth-count icons and a LOCKED label. Read each pad’s sign before planning around it. Do not assume every stronger pad unlocks after the same number of Rebirths. The premium Skill zones shown in Shop are separate offers; a paid zone card is not one of the progression pads on the map.
When to wait
Wait when the current requirement is unmet or when you have not read the confirmation. If a short timed boost is running, finish the useful part of that boost before resetting. If you are one good throw away from the Wins in a nearby zone, finish that small goal and revisit Rebirth afterward. There is no fixed best level that fits every account and update. Your panel’s requirement, bonus, and next milestone give you a better answer.
